Once you hire, you will need to answer a few questions that will help me with the design, please be as specific and expressive as you can (you can even send images), that way I’ll be easier for me to create a logo you love.

FAQ

My logo has a watermark on it, will it disappear?

Yes, the fiverr watermark is just a protection against theft, it will disappear once the order is approved.
If there are any problems with your files, I’ll gladly re-send them via inbox.

What is a source file?

It’s a Ai. (illustrator) or .PSD (photoshop) file. You’ll only be able to open the files with those softwares. You’ll use it in case someday you want to change something with another designer or if the printer guy asks you for the source file to resize. It is always good to save it.

What is the social media kit?

It is your final logo sized for the profile pic and cover photo of any platform you´ll use. Each social media platform asks for different specs.

What do you mean by “logo concepts”?

Each package have different numbers of initial logo concepts that I’ll deliver. After I send those concepts, we work on the revisions until we get to one final logo.

What is a Brand Manual?

It’s the document that shows you what your ‘house fonts’ are, which palette of colours best represent your business. And it shows everyone who designs for your business how to make sure that each piece of collateral look like it’s coming from the same company.

What is included in the stationery design?

Business card and letterhead.
Both with your final logo, and the info and specs you provide.
